b'The LAPD Police Commission could be changing the policy on when to release body cam footage. Police Commissioner Matthew Johnson says the proposal is designed to bring transparency to use of force incidents such as officer shootings and deaths while in custody.

Johnson says this would include body cam, dash cam, surveillance and 3rd party footage. The commission will vote on the proposal in March.'
