Woman At Center of Landmark School Desegregation Suit Dies

The desegregation of America's schools was the result of the landmark 1954 Supreme Court ruling in Brown vs. Topeka Board of Education. The nine year old girl at the center of that case, Linda Brown, died this week in Topeka at the age of 76.
