Depending upon how it is handled, Ted Harvey says that special counsel Robert Mueller's testimony before Congress this week could backfire on Democrats hoping to score against President Trump on Mueller's investigation into whether there was foreign interference in the 2016 election and whether President Trump's campaign colluded with foreign agents seeking to affect the outcome of the election. Harvey is a former Colorado state senator and chairman of the Committee to Defend the President.
