What's In the Stop School Violence Act?

The House on Wednesday overwhelmingly passed the Stop School Violence Act. The bill provides $5900 million to install metal detectors and other safety upgrades to schools, as well as provide training for law enforcement and educators to deal with school shootings, and money for mental health. But critics say there is more that needs to be done. Counter terrorism coordinator with DHS and ABC News Consultant John Cohen breaks down the measure.
