Former airline executive and aviation expert Jay Ratliff speculates on what happened to Southwest flight 1380 on Tuesday afternoon when one engine essentially exploded and broke out a cabin window. A woman in that seat was nearly sucked out of the airplane and was pulled back in by other passengers, though she did suffer fatal injuries.
