Nebraska U.S. Senator Ben Sasse feels the Senate can review President Trump's nominee to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy by the time the court opens it's next session on the first Monday of October. Sasse told us what type of justice he would like to see appointed and rejects Democrats who say the confirmation should happen after the November election.
