Searching for Ways to Stop Habitual Drunk Drivers
Early Sunday morning, 43 year old Michael Allen Harris was arrested after striking another vehicle and fleeing the scene near 96th and Highway 370. It was his 10th arrest for drunk driving and his license had been revoked. LaVista Police Chief Bob Lausten told us the variety of difficulties law enforcement has with keeping these habitual drunk drivers from getting behind the wheel.
