Ricketts Declares Saturday to Be Scott Frost Day in Nebraska 8-31-18
After Gary repeatedly declared Saturday should be Scott Frost Day in Nebraska, ignoring the fact he didn't have the authority to do that, Governor Pete Ricketts stopped by the station to make that proclamation official.
