"Red Flag" Laws Loaded With Pros and Cons

Following the latest school shooting there has been talk about five states that have "red flag" laws. These laws would allow anyone to file a complaint if they suspect an individual might be prone to acting violently. Then with a judge's approval, the individual's guns are confiscated and it will require another court hearing to determine whether the individual should have their guns returned. Indianapolis attorney joined us to tell us how the law works there, and the concerns that are raised about the government having broad authority to remove someone's guns.
