Paradise Lakes Flood Victim Says Landlord Not Communicating with Tenants
Jay Schuler had less than 90 minutes to evacuate his Paradise Lakes home on the south side of Bellevue when the area flooded two weeks ago. Still not able to return to his home, he and other area residents were shocked to get a bill for their April rent. An explanation has been made that billing was a mistake, but Jay tells us about the total lack of communication between the landlord and the tenants since the flood.
