More Days Off for Not Smoking?

There is a growing number of non-smokers and even some businesses that are saying non-smokers deserve more time off because of the time smokers take on smoke breaks. One study saying smokers take six days per year in smoke breaks may be adding fuel to that fire, but business strategist Bobby Albert says don't be too quick to buy into smokers costing that much productivity compared to their non-smoking co-workers.
