Mayor Supports Concept of Landlord Registry, But Has to Be Practical
Following the displacement of nearly 500 residents of the Yale Park Apartments due to more than 1000 code violations, Mayor Jean Stothert told us she supports the concept of a landlord registry. But contrary to some reports otherwise, she hasn't endorsed any plan for an ordinance and won't unless it's practical.
