Conservative Students Sue University Alleging Discrimination
Caleb Dalton is an attorney with ADF Center for Academic Freedom who that is suing Kennesaw State University in Georgia for a conservative college student group. The suit alleges that group's representing conservative beliefs are being forced to pay for security or relegated to "free speech" zones when holding an on-campus event. The students allege that the unequal treatment amounts to a violation of First Amendment rights to free speech.
