Analyst Says Some Gun Legislation Will Pass- But Not Major Restrictions
ABC political analyst Alex Castellanos says he expects legislation banning bump stocks and tightening background checks may pass, and maybe even some "red flag" laws in some states. But bills that would restrict the sale of most firearms have "no chance" of getting through Congress.
