Addicott: This Could Be the Beginning of the End of Mishandling North Korea
Dr. Jeff Addicott, director of Center of Terrorism Law at St. Mary's University is encouraged by the planned talks between President Trump and North Korea's Kim Jong Un. But getting the North to end it's nuclear program can't be done with bribes or concessions and in the meantime, an accident could still set off a war.
