This Reflective Key Moment is based on a magazine article I wrote that was inspired by so many of the virtual reality movies of the last 50 years - with one of the most popular being of course The Matrix. We look at such movies as metaphors for living an empowered life, and see the outer world as an opportunity to bring the inner calm power that you are developing in your Key Moments practice into your everyday life.
