KM 2 Mindful Breathing

In this Meditative Key Moment, we take a meditation break in our day (under three minutes in length) to experience a deepening sense of inner peace and inner calm. Here we will move our awareness onto our breathing and learn to get in touch with certain qualities of our breathing, which makes the process more interesting and engaging. The purpose  of this Key Moment (and all meditative Key Moments) is to relax, restore and revitalize your body and mind.
