In this Meditative Key Moment, we\\u2019ll practice mindful breathing by considering that our breaths are like the ocean's waves in their coming and going. Within this idea, we\\u2019ll consider eight qualities that can be attributed to both our breaths and to ocean waves. And so our Key Moment will take us to the beach to enjoy mindful breathing in a way that connects us to the surf, the sun, and the sand.
