b'President Trump is the first president in American history to be impeached twice. On Wednesday a divided House of Representatives voted 232 to 197 to impeach the president on a single article-- of inciting the insurrection that left five people dead and the US Capitol ransacked. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi called the president "a clear and present danger" to the nation. Ten Republicans joined every Democrat in voting yes.
No republican supported his first impeachment thirteen months ago. A Senate trial will follow. Republican leader Mitch McConnell says he has an open mind about convicting Mr. Trump, but says the trial won\\u2019t start until the President leaves office. If two-thirds of the Senate votes to convict President Trump he would be disqualified from running for high office again. CBS News Legal Analyst Thane Rosenbaum joins Tony Cruise with a closer look.'
