After the Capitol siege and amid threats of violence the heart of Washington has become like a fortress with fencing surrounding the White House, Capitol, and National Mall. Upwards of 25,000 National Guard members from all over the US will be on duty. Already they are blocking streets with guns across their chests and dump trucks block any vehicles from trying to ram their way in. ABC News' Alex Stone is in Washington and joins Tony Cruise the latest on security preps for the inauguration and the mood in the city."
