Their ability is not only to penetrate cyber systems but to use malicious malware to wipe clean entire computer systems that cannot be recovered has enormous consequences. So a scenario where Iran shuts down a power grid, disables internet connections, wipes medical, banking or government computers of their data is quite possible.
