What is happiness? And what does this video have to do with Michael Phelps?

In this video we’ll answer the question; What is happiness? I’ll provide an example of how Michael Phelps embodies the happiness definition as defined by ancient philosophers and how it differs greatly from western society’s view of happiness. We’ll explore how the pursuit of pleasure as opposed to purpose leads to depression and we’ll tie it all into the happiness definition from the founder of positive psychology, Martin Seligman.
