In this video we'll take a look at the difference between the fixed vs growth mindset. we’ll look at how parents, teachers, and even sports stars like Lebron James are unknowingly fostering a fixed as opposed to a growth mindset and why this is so detrimental.

Stanford Psychologist Carol Dweck has been studying the difference between the fixed vs growth mindset for almost 40 years. She's uncovered that the view someone holds for themselves (fixed vs growth mindset) has the ability to profoundly effect the way that a person leads their life. This simple concept shapes everything from how well you do in school, to the relationships you foster and even your physical and emotional health.
