Corruption creeps into western suburb mayoral race
The Better Government Association did an investigation into the mayoral race of Lyons Village. The race is overshadowed by the controversy surrounding the incumbent Mayor Chris Getty. Getty is the son of a former mayor who went to federal prison for stealing from the village. He also is looking to make at least $70,000 in salary for the next four years as mayor and liquor commissioner. BGA investigative reporter Casey Toner breaks down the full story with John Howell.
