William Happer: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon

Dr. William Happer serves as professor in the Department of Physics at Princeton University and as a prominent technical consultant to industry and government. Happer served as research associate in the Radiation Laboratory of Columbia University and held the positions of instructor, assistant professor, and professor in the Department of Physics. He is a specialist in laser spectroscopy, optical pumping, radio frequency spectroscopy, and magnetic resonance. He has published more than 100 scientific papers in The Physical Review, The Physical Review Letters, The Reviews of Modern Physics, and other scientific journals and encyclopedias. In this speech, he discusses "The Myth of Carbon Pollution."
