Robert Graboyes & Christopher Koopman: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon

Robert Graboyes is a senior research fellow at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He specializes in the economics of health care. Previously, he was a sub-Saharan Africa economist at Chase Manhattan Bank, a regional economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and an economics professor at the University of Richmond. Chris Koopman is a research fellow at the Mercatus Center, where he is a scholar on the Project for the Study of American Capitalism. He also serves as the project's program manager.
