Philip Miller: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon

Dr. Philip Miller practiced internal medicine and cardiology for 34 years with Wake Internal Medicine Consultants Inc. and now works as a part-time physician with MEPS (Military Entrance Processing Station). Miller is a past chairman for the Wake County Medical Center, as well as a past president for the medical staff at Rex Hospital. He has taught at the University of North Carolina's School of Medicine as an associate clinical professor. In this speech, he discusses "Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Lobotomy."
