Heywood Sanders: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon

Heywood Sanders is professor of public administration at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He received a bachelor's degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Ph.D. from Harvard University. He previously taught at Brown University, University of Illinois, and Trinity University in San Antonio. Sanders has written widely on urban politics. He co-edited The Politics of Urban Development and edited Urban Texas: Politics and Development. In this speech, he discusses "Convention Center Follies: Politics, Power, and Public Investment in American Cities."
