Gary Harris: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon
Gary F. Harris is executive director of the N.C. Petroleum and Convenience Marketers. Harris worked as a purchasing agent with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Veterinary Services, in Raleigh before joining the N.C. Petroleum Marketers Association in 1988. He became executive director in 1997. Harris has served on the Executive Committee and Board of the Petroleum Marketers Association of America. He has served as president of the State Executives Conference of PMAA, president of Association Executives of North Carolina, and board member for the N.C. Bio-Fuels Center.
