Dale Folwell: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon
Dale Folwell was appointed assistant secretary for the N.C. Division of Employment Security in March. He oversees the state's unemployment insurance system. This role includes all aspects of claim determination, employer account management, and legal enforcement of employment security law. Folwell served four terms in the N.C. House of Representatives. He was elected as speaker pro tempore for the 2011-2012 legislative sessions. Folwell also served for eight years on the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Board of Education.
