Cody Hand: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon
Cody Hand is vice president and deputy general counsel for the N.C. Hospital Association. Hand serves as one of NCHA's lobbyists, advocating and coordinating hospital advocacy on behalf of North Carolina's hospitals before all three branches of state government. Prior to joining the organization, Hand worked at the N.C. Senate as chief policy adviser to President Pro Tempore Phil Berger and also practiced law with his wife.
