Can Hearsay Torch Kavanaugh's Nomination?
Rosie points out that four witnesses have sworn that Dr. Blasey-Ford told them about the incident she recalls from high school when Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh allegedly sexually assaulted her. But still no witnesses that say it happened, just hearsay. That's not admissible in most cases in court, why should it be in potentially destroying a man's career.
