What s fried chicken without a beer Peter s other guest on today s show is Michael Naquin, founder of 40 Arpent Brewing Company. 40 Arpent has been making craft beer since 2011. It got its start in St Bernard, and among its other unique New Orleans attributes, the brewery opens its doors to homebrewers.
