Sam Hoskins scored a penalty to give the Cobblers a 1-0 lead at half time but two terrible moments of defending saw Rovers take all 3 points and knock the Cobblers down to 4th in the League Two table. The defeat prompts a discussion about whether, having found a successful formation, Jon Brady's squad lacks enough depth to be serious contenders for promotion.
