Whether you are a list \u201cperson\u201d or not, there\u2019s actual real science behind all the benefits checklists have for our brains! Let me just share with you some of these very real benefits and you can see for yourself! I use a specific 2-list method at all times to help rid myself of being scatterbrained, forgetful, and unorganized.
