Each year, Congress has tried to control Medicare spending without cutting physicians' reimbursement rates by passing the "Doc Fix." But now Obamacare could cause such a draconian cut on both Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements that doctors may stop taking new patients from these programs altogether.
