Deepthi Bopaiah is the CEO of GoSports Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in 2008, which supports junior, emerging, and elite athletes in Olympic and Paralympic disciplines. In 2019, the Foundation was awarded the \\u2018Rashtriya Khel Protsahan Award - National Sports Encouragement Award\\u2019 by the President of India, for identifying and nurturing young talent in sports.

Deepthi, formerly a wealth adviser and trainer during her 6-year tenure at HSBC, decided to quit her job to pursue her passion for sport and has been with the foundation since 2012. A sportswoman herself, she has represented her state of Karnataka in basketball and tennis.

In this episode, we discuss the vision of the GoSports Foundation, how the Indian sporting landscape is changing and the passion in today\\u2019s youngsters towards daunting challenges.
