INSiiGHTS ON SPORTS explores the challenges smaller programs face against major schools in Division One basketball

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Nov. 12) – INSiiGHTS ON SPORTS, the brainchild of the visionary championship winning coach, Mickey Clayton, premiere their latest show: Are Small Schools Overmatched In Division One Hoops this Friday, November 15 at 7:00 p.m. ET on www.insiights.com and iHeart Radio.

Coach Mickey Clayton and Alvin “The Professor” Hollins tackle the complicated subject of whether smaller schools are overmatched in Division One basketball the way they are in football.

The duo discusses budget differences between the major powers and the smaller schools, as well as the pros and cons of remaining Division One in the light of the expanding revenue gap within the Division.

There was was a bit of a role play between the two to further examine the advantages and disadvantages of Division One versus Division Two, and the program also covered the records that showed that smaller programs had greater competitive success historically at the Division Two level.
