A Sports Walk Thru The Black Archives

Dr. Dawson goes back in time and discusses the significance of Athletics as a part of the Black History experience ……..the effect of legendary football coach, Alonzo S. TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (Feb. 07) – INSiiGHTS, the brainchild of the visionary championship winning coach, Mickey Clayton, takes a walk with Dr. Dawson as they are Taking a Sports Walk thru the Black Archives this Friday, February 7, at 7:00 p.m. ET on www.INSiiGHTS.com and iHeart Radio.

Coach Mickey Clayton, interviewed Dr. Dawson and one of her students as they took a stroll through the Black Archives on the campus of Florida A&M University. Dr. Dawson provides INSiiGHTS into the significance of sports within a race that has many untold stories.

She discusses the significance of Black History Month and what that means to her. Dr. Dawson talks about how information is gathered and the many calls that come seeking information on past achievements.
