Raziah Roushan, Tualatin Valley Creates

Raziah Roushan is the Executive Director of Tualatin Valley Creates, a local non-profit organization that drives the development of inclusive, resilient, creative communities using arts, culture, heritage, and humanities. Their vision is to foster the growth of a robust arts and culture ecosystem in Washington County by increasing visibility and community engagement with local happenings and engaging under-served populations by making arts and culture more accessible. For two decades, Raziah has also been working as a professional artist in mediums such as oil, acrylic, charcoal, pastel, aerosol, printmaking, as well murals and large-scale chalk art. After receiving a Bachelors of Fine Art from Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland Oregon in 2004, her travels lead to teaching, networking, and contracting for the purposes of visual art.
