We're going for some inspiration and motivation to start 2022, as well as some hard-core thinking and reflection.\nWe start with Matt Izzo,\xa0who says his life has changed thanks to triathlon.\xa0\xa0\xa0I'm pretty sure you will be able to relate to some of the things he says about doing his first triathlon, as well as learn something from his mindset when it comes to making a change in your life.\nSonny Peart is a runner and co-founder of Black Trail Runners. He explains the reason Black Trail Runners started, the work they are doing and why representation and diversity in endurance sport matters. When you first lose weight, you get a lot of attention and comments, but when the weight goes back on, nobody says anything. You are so far from where you were that it is really easy to get discouraged.'\n24:00 Matt talks about setting himself a target of running a mile that was a shift in mindset. 'It felt pretty amazing. I wasn't sure I could do it. I just remember suffering and it made me think 'running shouldn't be this hard.'\n28:43 How a photo reinforced his behaviour.
