Radio, TV and podcast host, Max Rushden, chats to Inside the Beautiful Game about his career and Guardian Football Weekly.
A life-long Cambridge United fan, Max started broadcasting with Radio Cambridgeshire before moving to BBC London where, ultimately, he hosted the Breakfast Show. After leaving, he then made the move to TV where he hosted Sky Sports’ long-running Saturday morning show Soccer AM from 2008 until 2015. A presenter for Talksport radio, Max became the full-time host of Guardian Football Weekly in 2017, replacing the departed James Richardson.
