Once a year, KSL sponsors a telethon to support foster care and adoption. Today, we talk to Ellie and Shawn, a mother and daughter brought together by adoption through the Utah foster care program. Wednesday's Child focuses on raising funds to help find forever homes for older children living in the foster system in the state of Utah.
