The United Utah Party's Richard Davis joins Jim Bennett and Scott Howell on Inside Sources to talk about the third party's latest initiative. The United Utah Party, for which Jim ran for Congress not that long ago, is behind a ballot initiative to limit terms of Utah state officials including governor, lieutenant governor, attorney general, state auditor, state house and state senate, etc. There would be no lifetime ban, so someone wanting to serve longer could leave office and then come back.
