The state of The Court

Published: Oct. 13, 2020, 6:09 p.m.

As the confirmation hearings continue for Judge Amy Coney Barrett, Boyd asks about the state of The Court. He points out that a Supreme Court judge's responsibility is to judge, not legislate. That it is congress's responsibility to legislate. If we keep this in mind we could be less divisive and more unified on issues like court-packing.  ‘Inside Sources with Boyd Matheson,’ Opinion Editor at Deseret News, takes you inside the latest political news and current events, providing higher ground for today's discussions.
