The big news coming out of Washington DC today is President Biden’s administration heading out on the road to sell the recently passed American Rescue Plan. for the national tour, titled “Hope Is Here,” President and First Lady Biden, as well as Vice President Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff, will visit 5 states that just so happens to be home to contentious Senate races next year.
