Mental health in the workplace is now more important than ever because of the repercussions of the COVID pandemic, and today several Utah venture capital firms are taking a pledge to promote the mental fitness conversation. The pledge is facilitated through the Utah nonprofit Room Here, an organization focused on healthier minds at work that envisions a world where individuals and companies embrace mental fitness for everyone and mental health challenges can be discussed openly.  ‘Inside Sources with Boyd Matheson,’ Opinion Editor at Deseret News, takes you inside the latest political news and current events, providing higher ground for today's discussions.
