D-Fly and Dixie are back with a fresh episode featuring previews of the weekend’s key matchups and an interview with first-year Holy Cross head coach, JL Reppert. Reppert, who was announced as the Crusaders’ new leader on Jan. 22, clearly is not afraid to seize an opportunity. With postponements in both teams’ schedules this weekend due to COVID, he jumped at another opening and will guide his squad against No. 5 Syracuse on Saturday in the Carrier Dome.
First, the fellas talk a little hoop before recapping mid-week games, including solid wins for Denver and Notre Dame. In News of the Week, Dan and Mark talk about a new No. 1 in the IL Media Poll, TD Ierlan’s arrival in Denver and the sad passing of Syracuse great Rob Kavovit.
As they start reviewing this week’s key matchups involving Top 20 teams, they bring in Reppert for an engaging conversation that begins with him answering how and why he landed in Worcester.
