Vee and Pam talk about expectation vs intention. Are you living in a movie reel where everything has to look perfect (expectation) or leading from your heart (intention)? We talk about consciously choosing to do things differently, and about how giving ourselves permission to change also makes room for other people to do the same. Recognizing the patterns we live in, some of them learned from our own parents and families, gives us an opportunity to \u201ctug on the string\u201d of an old pattern and essentially unravel it.
