Indianapolis Colts - Ballard’s explanation of positional spending denies reality! 14 to Practice squad!

Chris Ballard tried to explain negotiations with Quenton Nelson by denying and positional importance.  Nelson, a guard, is not as valuable, and that's how the NFL works.  Ballard certainly knows that.  Saying only that Nelson is "special" clouds the obvious.   Colts have 14 on the practice squad, but it lacks someone who seemed an obvious choice.   IU alum Peyton Hendershot made the Cowboys 53-man roster, and the Hoosiers are looking to pivot from a winless Big 10 season as Illinois visits tomorrow.   MLB umpire Angel Hernandez was denied a spot in the 2018 World Series because he's terrible.  In other news, the Sun came up this morning.   Tony LaRussa out indefinitely with an unidentified health issue. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/the-kent-sterling-show/support Learn more about your ad choices.
